Blue Nile Group, LLC (“we”) runs this website. If you have a question about anything here, the quickest route to us is the contact form, or a message on Instagram @BLUENILE.GROUP.

Only what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your first name, last name, email address, the message you write, and — if you pick one — the service you are asking about. Nothing on the form is collected until you press Send.

There is no account to create, and we ask for no address, no phone number and no payment details anywhere on this site.

We use it to read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to advertise to you elsewhere.

Sending your enquiry means it passes through the companies that run this site’s infrastructure. They handle it to deliver it to us, not for their own purposes:

• Vercel hosts the site and serves these pages. Like any web host, it records ordinary request logs, which include the IP address a request came from.
• Resend turns a submitted enquiry into the email that reaches us.
• Google provides the mailbox that email arrives in and stays in.

The typefaces this site uses are served from this site itself, not from a font provider, so viewing a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.

There are none. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts — which is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Every page here can be read without agreeing to anything at all.

To stop the contact form being used to send bulk mail, the server briefly keeps the IP address a submission came from in memory, purely to count how many have arrived from it recently. It is not stored with your enquiry, not written to a database, and is discarded shortly afterwards.

You can ask what we hold from an enquiry you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and say what you would like us to do.

This site is aimed at people arranging work on a home or commissioning a website for a business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. The date above is when it was last altered.
